It is my understanding that I will be considered for acceptance
as a student at Bryant & Stratton by the Admissions Committee. This
committee will carefully consider the transcript of my high school and other
pertinent information. I hereby give consent to allow my picture, as
taken for the school, to be reproduced for publicity or promotional purposes,
and to list in school promotional material my name, high school attended, and
name of employer upon graduation from Bryant & Stratton. I also
authorize Bryant & Stratton to request my high school transcript; to
release information to prospective employers in regard to my making application
for employment; and/or to release information to another Bryant & Stratton
division to which I am making application for enrollment. I understand
that acceptance at Bryant & Stratton is automatically applicable to any
Bryant & Stratton Campus based on availability.
I understand and agree that Bryant & Stratton has the
right to make changes in connection with any subject described in its current
Academic catalog including curriculum, course content, class schedule, faculty,
training equipment, tuition rates, and fees, as it deems appropriate, and I
further agree that the college has the right to make such changes without
notice to me and at any time, even after I have begun a program study or course
affected by a change. I understand that Bryant & Stratton does not in
any way promise or guarantee employment for its graduates; however, I
understand that the college does provide graduates with assistance and
cooperation in securing employment. I acknowledge that I have been
provided with both graduation and placement rates, by program, for each of the
preceding three years.
I will pay tuition, fees, and other charges as outlined during the
enrollment process of Bryant & Stratton. I acknowledge that if I am
an applicant for financial aid I must review a presentation on financial aid
and will receive a written copy of the financial aid information, and I
understand I have obligations in applying for, receiving, and repaying
financial aid funds.
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the school, as defined in the
current Academic Catalog.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The proposed class starting date may be delayed or canceled based upon
insufficient enrollment or other reasons at the discretion of Bryant &
Stratton. Delays can vary in length from days to extended time periods not to
exceed one academic year. Should this happen, you will be informed before the
proposed starting date and given the option to transfer program or withdraw
your application and receive a full refund. Bryant & Stratton believes a
fair adjustment policy recognizes both the reality that situations occur over
which the student has no control and that the school has incurred a continuing
cost in faculty, space, and equipment for each student enrolled. Tuition is
based on the assumption that a student will remain in school for the full term.
If total withdrawal, either voluntary or administrative, becomes necessary, the
student is requested to give official notice of withdrawal in writing to the
Academic Office where the last date of attendance will be determined for refund
purposes. The refund policy outlined in the Academic Catalog applies to all
tuition, fees, dormitory rents, and other charges incurred by the student. The
refund policy applies to all matriculating part- and full-time students who
take single credit-bearing courses. All tuition paid by new students who cancel
their application or registration for any reason prior to the start of classes
will be refunded in full. The refund will not apply to the cost of purchases
made at the campus bookstore.
I consent to use this electronic method of application acceptance under the U.S.
Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act
(E-SIGN); and I have read and agree to all policy statements on this
application. Please process my application.
