
Administrative Assistant to Campus Director

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Campus Director (CD). This position will implement administrative policies and procedures and provide logistical support to the campus to support the programs and activities as well as coordinate purchasing, process expenses, and be an interface with relevant System Office personnel.
Functions:
- Manages the CD’s calendar
- Coordinates meetings, requests, compiles and organizes material
- Greets clients and visitors to the executive office
- Organize and plan meetings and events
- Coordinates travel arrangements for the CD and other associates
- Prepares all relevant correspondence for signature
- Assist with the preparation of business presentations including text and electronic presentations
- Sets-up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
- Prepares and maintains expense reports
- Answers telephones, takes detailed messages and redirects phone calls to other staff as appropriate
- Coordinates and handles office purchasing for the campus
- Maintains accurate files
- Works closely with the Director of Community Development and Marketing to ensure effective internal and external communications from the campus
- All other duties as assigned to support the Mission and Vision of the College

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years administrative/secretarial experience
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Must be proficient with all MS Office Applications
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
- Experience coordinating meeting and travel arrangements on short notice
- Capable of working well with diverse personalities
- Past experience in supporting more than 1 person
- Experience in coordinating large events, meetings
- Associates Degree required
