Description:
Emphasis is placed on writing legal briefs,
interoffice memoranda, pleadings, and
motions. Students research legal authority such
as statutes and cases, and present their
arguments in a professional quality document.
Students analyze cases to determine what law
applies to each problem and how judges are
likely to decide the applicable law in each case.
Hands-on applications with general office and
legal-specific software are utilized.
