| Background: | | My previous professional history includes higher education administration experience and teaching in the public school system grades K-12. In 1996, I earned a bachelor degree in environmental biology from SUNY-ESF and applied this knowledge as a landscape design consultant. About a year ago I returned to the higher education field as an admissions representative at a proprietary school. In this position I adopted the perspective of an “educational life coach” whereby it is my role to inspire and educate the potential student to move toward their goals and dreams with a college degree! Now I am excited to be doing so as a representative of Bryant & Stratton College backed by 150 years of experience and 15 campuses in 4 states! |

| Background: | | My name is Rick Kraft and I started at Bryant & Stratton in the Spring of 2008. I received my Bachelors degree in Media/Communications in 2005 from Medaille College. While I was attending Medaille, I worked in the Admissions Office, and learned about the enrollment process works and how to fulfill the needs of a prospective student. I started last Spring as an Associate Admissions Representative and by the Fall I worked my way up to the position of Admissions Representative. My biggest job is to help prospective students figure out why they want to go for a particular degree and put into perspective what they will be able to do after they complete their degree. Online is a great way to go if you have a busy lifestyle but still want to get an education. |

| Background: | I assist interested applicants with the enrollment process and guide them through all the admission steps that lead up to acceptance. By developing a relationship with them, they know that I will be by their side all the way until they graduate. I believe it is very important for my enrolled students to know that they can feel comfortable contacting me with any questions or problems that they may have. I am always available to offer encouragement and support when needed.
