Bryant & Stratton College Online Student Guide to Registration

Getting registered for classes doesn’t have to be stressful! The key to getting registered on time is checking your student email daily for important updates from advising and financial aid. Save this checklist so you can reference it every semester.

During Your First Semester

Upon enrolling at Bryant & Stratton College, you will work closely with an admission representative and a success coach to be placed into introductory courses. They will walk you through the entire process step-by-step!

After you First Semester

We know you are busy and working hard in your courses, so your advisor will do as much of the work as possible! You will follow these important steps:

  1. Your academic advisor will send a tentative schedule to your student email. This will list the classes they wish to register you for. You will need to review the classes and reply “accept” to move forward in the registration process.
  2. Work with financial aid to determine how many credits are covered by aid.
  3. Keep an eye on your student email often during this time for any requests or updates from financial aid. This may require updating your FAFSA or providing additional information for verification purposes.
  4. Once you are cleared by financial aid, your advisor will register you for classes! You will be notified via student email.
  5. Now that you’re registered, you will order your books for both Session I and Session II! Your books will automatically be in your shopping cart. Here’s a helpful video walking you through the process.

Getting registered for classes, especially during your first semester can feel intimidating. However, your academic advisor will take the stress off you as the student and choose your courses based on your program’s required curriculum. To be sure you don’t miss any deadlines, please check your student email daily for registration updates and requests. And if you have questions about registration, don’t hesitate to reach out to your academic advisor!
